CÓDIGO DA CHINA Exchange & Return Policy

At CÓDIGO DA CHINA, we believe trust, transparency and respect are essential to lasting partnerships. Our Exchange & Return Policy is designed in accordance with Brazilian law, ensuring safety and peace of mind throughout the buying experience.

Right of Withdrawal

For online purchases, the end consumer may request cancellation within 7 (seven) days after receiving the product, as provided in Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

The product must show no signs of use, be in its original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals and the invoice.

Defective Products

If a manufacturing defect is identified, contact our support team within the deadlines set by the Consumer Protection Code:

  • 30 days for non-durable products;
  • 90 days for durable products.

After technical analysis, CÓDIGO DA CHINA may perform repair, product replacement or refund, according to applicable law.

Product Damaged in Transit

If the packaging is tampered or the product arrives damaged, refuse the delivery or contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and product to speed up review and resolution.

Exchanges by Customer Preference

Exchange requests for model, color or other preference may be reviewed by CÓDIGO DA CHINA, provided that:

  • The product shows no signs of use;
  • It is in perfect condition;
  • It is returned in its original packaging whenever possible;
  • It comes with the invoice.

Shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility depending on the situation.

Approval Conditions

For the exchange or return to be approved, the product must:

  • Be in perfect condition;
  • Show no signs of misuse;
  • Include all original accessories and components;
  • Come with the invoice or proof of purchase.

For purchases by legal entities (CNPJ), specific commercial terms for exchange, return and warranty may apply, according to contract, negotiation or policy in force, always respecting applicable law.
